We are delighted to welcome Mathew to the team and look forward to the experience and expertise he brings with him.

Mathew joins us with over a decade of engineering expertise across FMCG, packaging, rial and aerospace sectors. His background includes three years at Glenair producing electrical harnesses for rail and aerospace applications, where he worked from detailed technical drawings and carried out IPC-level soldering to high-quality standards.

He then spent ten years at Trivium Packaging, progressing from Production and Maintenance Engineer to Lead Engineer, before moving on to roles at Refresco Beverages and Sonoco Packaging. Across these positions, Mathew has led engineering activities, supported new product introduction, and developed strong problem-solving skills, hands-on mechanical and welding experience, and a solid understanding of pneumatics and mechanical principles. His practical, detail-driven approach and experience in high-output, safety-critical environments will be a great asset to the team.
